Vapofil Sales Claims Checked: What the Label and the Research Support

Quick answer

Most big claims on the Vapofil sales page go further than the bottle and the research. The label makes no sex claim, its herbs sit far below studied amounts, boron is about 1 mg, and no trial of Vapofil exists. The prices and one-time payment hold up; the refund lines (60 and 180 days) do not match.

The basics

Why check the Vapofil sales page claims at all?

Because the bottle and the sales page tell two different stories. The front of the bottle says only "Premium Formula"; the sales page promises a better sex life.

Our order links go to that sales page, and we earn money when you buy. We still checked it line by line.

Where the label and the sales page disagree, the label wins. Every printed amount is on our Vapofil Supplement Facts page.

At a glance

Which Vapofil sales claims hold up, and which do not?

The health claims mostly do not hold up. The buying facts, like price and payment, mostly do.

Claim 1

Is there evidence Vapofil helps sex drive and erections?

Not for Vapofil itself, because it has never been tested in a published trial. The evidence for its herbs is thin, and the capsules hold a small part of what studies used.

On horny goat weed, LiverTox says claims of better sex have not been shown in rigorous controlled trials (LiverTox: Horny goat weed). WebMD calls tongkat ali unclear for ED and sex drive (WebMD: Eurycoma longifolia). In 2020, researchers checked 50 testosterone products; only about one ingredient in four had data showing a rise (Clemesha 2020: T-booster claims).

There is also a legal line. The FDA lets supplements describe support for normal body function, but only drugs may claim to treat a disease (FDA: Structure/function claims). Erectile dysfunction is a medical condition. Promises about fixing erections lean toward a drug claim, while the label stays on the safe side of that line.

Claim 2

Does Vapofil really cut the effect of DHT?

There is no good reason to expect it at 20 mg. Saw palmetto can block the enzyme that makes DHT, which Memorial Sloan Kettering lists as an antiandrogen effect (MSK: Saw palmetto).

But the trials used 320 mg a day, sixteen times the Vapofil amount (LiverTox: Saw palmetto). Even at that dose, the Cochrane review of 27 trials found no real gain for urinary symptoms (AFP/Cochrane 2023: Saw palmetto for BPH).

One more detail cuts against the sales pitch. Memorial Sloan Kettering lists lower sex drive among saw palmetto's possible side effects (MSK: Saw palmetto). See our saw palmetto page for the full research.

Claims 3 and 4

What about the free testosterone and boron claims?

Neither claim is backed at Vapofil's doses. The best tongkat ali trial saw a small rise in total testosterone, but free testosterone did not change (LiverTox: Tongkat ali).

That 2021 trial gave 100 or 200 mg a day to men aged 50 to 70 with low levels. The lower dose lifted total testosterone by 9%, the higher by 12.5%. Vapofil holds 10 mg of tongkat ali, a tenth of the lower dose.

Boron is listed as 20 mg of a 5% chelate. By our math, that is about 1 mg of boron, close to what a normal U.S. diet gives. The NIH boron fact sheet reports no testosterone results (ODS: Boron).

Worried about low testosterone?

It is diagnosed with two morning blood tests under 300 ng/dL plus symptoms (Urology Care: Low testosterone). A doctor can order them.

Claim 5

Is the Vapofil side-effect claim accurate?

It is overstated. Vapofil has no published safety data of its own, and several of its herbs have known side effects and drug clashes.

The small amounts may well mean a lower risk. But "small dose" and "no meaningful side effects" are different claims, and only the first can be read off the label.

Blood thinners and blood pressure medicine

Ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start if you take either. Our Vapofil side effects page lists each caution.

Claims 6 and 7

What about the science logos, the 6-bottle line and the stock warning?

None of them is evidence about Vapofil. They are sales design, not proof.

Logos

Science-site logos

The page shows logos of well-known science and health sites, then says it is not affiliated with them. A logo beside a product is not an endorsement.

Popularity

The 6-bottle share

The page gives a share of buyers who supposedly choose six bottles. It cites no source, so we do not repeat the figure.

Urgency

The low-stock warning

No stock count is shown. We treat the warning as pressure to buy now, not as a fact.

The FTC says health claims need "competent and reliable scientific evidence", and a fine-print disclaimer does not fix a misleading ad (FTC: Health products compliance). The FDA's six tip-offs to health fraud include glowing testimonials and quick fixes (FDA: 6 tip-offs to rip-offs). Our testing and quality page reviews each badge.

Claim 8

Is the Vapofil refund window 60 days or 180 days?

Plan on 60 days from purchase. That is what the sales page terms say, and they add that you must use the product for at least 30 days first.

One "special offer" line on the same page mentions a 180-day window. It conflicts with the terms, and we could not confirm it. Ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 which window covers your order before you count on it.

The buyer also pays tracked return shipping. Our step-by-step Vapofil refund guide walks through each part.

Fair to say

What does Vapofil get right, despite the sales page?

Quite a lot about the label and the buying terms.

Holds up

  • Every amount printed; no proprietary blend
  • The bottle makes no sex claim
  • Distributor name, city, phone and email on the label
  • Prices match: $89, $177 or $294; one-time payment
  • Free U.S. shipping on 3 and 6 bottles

Does not hold up

  • Sex and hormone claims with no Vapofil trial
  • Doses far below studied amounts
  • Nettle leaf where research used root
  • A "vegetarian" badge, though gelatin is listed
  • Two refund windows that conflict

FAQ

Vapofil sales claims FAQ

Does Vapofil lower DHT?

There is no evidence it does at its dose. Saw palmetto can act on the enzyme that makes DHT, but Vapofil holds 20 mg, one sixteenth of the 320 mg used in trials. No study has measured DHT in men taking Vapofil.

Can Vapofil free up more testosterone?

No study shows that. The main tongkat ali trial gave men 100 or 200 mg a day and found free testosterone unchanged; Vapofil holds 10 mg. If you think your levels are low, two morning blood tests with your doctor will tell you.

Is Vapofil a doctor-backed formula?

No doctor is named on the Vapofil label or the sales page. A doctor-formulated badge appears in brand materials, and a man in a white coat holds the bottle in one image, but neither names a physician. We treat both as advertising, not an endorsement.

Is Vapofil endorsed by Harvard, PubMed or The Lancet?

No. The sales page shows logos of science and health sites but also says it is not affiliated with them. None of those bodies has reviewed or backed Vapofil, and we do not show those logos on this site.

Is the Vapofil low-stock warning real?

We cannot confirm it, and the sales page gives no stock count. We read it as a prompt to buy quickly. The FDA lists pressure and quick-fix promises among common signs of health fraud, so take your time and decide on the facts.

Do most Vapofil buyers really choose six bottles?

We cannot confirm it. The sales page gives a share of buyers who pick the 6-bottle pack, but it names no source, so we do not repeat the figure. Choose a pack by how many months you plan to try it: one bottle lasts 30 days.
