Vapofil Side Effects List: What 7 Ingredients and 6 Medicine Flags Mean for Safety
No human study of Vapofil itself exists, so this list comes from its seven ingredients. Most reports are mild: upset stomach, nausea, headache. Interactions matter more, especially with blood thinners, blood pressure or diabetes medicine, lithium, digoxin and nitrates. Stop and call a doctor for a racing heartbeat, a rash or yellow skin.

Are there Vapofil side effects in humans?
Not from any study of Vapofil. Nobody has published a trial of the finished capsule, so there is no table of side effects for the product. What exists is safety information on each herb, usually from larger doses than Vapofil holds.
That cuts both ways. Small amounts make a reaction less likely. They do not make it impossible. And herbs interact with each other and with medicines in ways nobody has measured for this mix. So when a page says Vapofil is safe, ask for the study. None exists.
The usual list
What are the most common Vapofil side effects?
Mild stomach and head complaints lead the lists. Nausea, loose stools and headache appear for tongkat ali, and stomach upset for horny goat weed, saw palmetto and nettle (LiverTox: Tongkat ali). The table sorts each ingredient by its reported effects and its main caution.
| Ingredient and label amount | Reported effects | Main caution |
|---|---|---|
| Horny goat weed, 8 mg | Hot feeling, sweating, fast or irregular heartbeat | Blood pressure drugs, blood thinners, heart disease |
| Tongkat ali, 10 mg | Nausea, diarrhea, headache, rash | One liver case; long-term safety not set |
| Saw palmetto, 20 mg | Stomach upset, headache, lower sex drive | Warfarin, clopidogrel; bleeding reports |
| Nettle leaf, 20 mg | Stomach upset, sweating | Lithium, diabetes and blood pressure drugs |
| Sarsaparilla, 20 mg | Stomach irritation at larger amounts | Lithium, digoxin, kidney problems |
| Wild yam, 20 mg | Vomiting with large amounts | Estrogen-like effects; hormone-sensitive conditions |
| Boron, about 1 mg | None expected at diet-level amounts | Adult upper limit is 20 mg a day |
Six flags
Which medicines should you check with a doctor before Vapofil?
Six groups of medicine come up again and again. If you take any of them, show the Supplement Facts to your doctor or pharmacist before you start. Never stop a prescribed medicine on your own to try a supplement.
| Medicine group | Ingredient behind the flag | What could happen |
|---|---|---|
| Blood thinners | Saw palmetto, horny goat weed, nettle | More bruising and bleeding; nettle holds vitamin K, which works against warfarin |
| Blood pressure medicine | Horny goat weed, nettle | Blood pressure may fall too far |
| Diabetes medicine | Nettle | Blood sugar may fall too low |
| Lithium and digoxin | Nettle, sarsaparilla | Lithium levels may rise; more digoxin may be absorbed |
| Hormone therapy, testosterone, prostate-cancer drugs | Wild yam, horny goat weed, tongkat ali | Effects may overlap or interact |
| Nitrates and erection drugs | Hidden-drug risk, horny goat weed | Blood pressure can drop sharply |

Heartbeat and pressure
Can Vapofil affect your heart rhythm?
It might, through horny goat weed. Memorial Sloan Kettering lists a rapid or irregular heartbeat as a side effect and advises people with heart disease to avoid the herb (MSK: Epimedium). It also describes a 66-year-old man with heart failure who was hospitalized with a new rhythm problem after two weeks of daily use.
Vapofil prints 8 mg of horny goat weed, a small amount. No study has measured what that does to the heart. If you have a heart condition, ask your cardiologist first. Chest pain, fainting or a racing, uneven heartbeat means stop and get emergency care.
Liver and kidneys
Is Vapofil safe for the liver and the kidneys?
Serious liver harm looks rare. For tongkat ali, LiverTox points to a single case: a 47-year-old bodybuilder whose liver enzyme ALT reached 875 U/L. It scores horny goat weed as unlikely to harm the liver, and saw palmetto as a rare cause whose cases cleared within one to three months of stopping (LiverTox: Horny goat weed).
Time is the bigger gap. A 2021 opinion from Europe's food safety agency, quoted by LiverTox, found no condition of use under which tongkat ali safety was settled. For kidneys, RxList says to avoid sarsaparilla with kidney problems and to take care with nettle. If you have liver or kidney disease, put the question to your doctor before the first capsule.
Who should skip
Who should not take Vapofil?
Some people should leave it alone or ask first. The label names three groups to see a physician first: pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition. The sources add more.
- Anyone under 18. Vapofil is sold to adult men.
- Pregnant or nursing women. RxList calls nettle likely unsafe in pregnancy.
- Men whose hearts skip beats, men with heart failure and men with low blood pressure.
- Men treated for a hormone-sensitive cancer, or on testosterone.
- Anyone with liver or kidney disease.
- Anyone facing surgery. Tell the care team about every supplement. RxList advises stopping horny goat weed before an operation.
If you react
When should you stop Vapofil, and how do you report a reaction?
Stop the capsules and call a doctor for a racing or irregular heartbeat, dizziness, a rash, unusual bruising, yellow skin or eyes, dark urine or stomach trouble that lasts several days. Chest pain, fainting, trouble breathing or an erection lasting more than 4 hours means emergency care now.
Then report it. The FDA runs MedWatch for supplement reactions (FDA 101: Dietary supplements). Keep the bottle and your order ID, and tell the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480. Do not restart until a doctor or pharmacist says it is safe.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What side effects can Vapofil cause?
Nothing has been published on Vapofil itself. The single herbs show mostly mild reports: an upset stomach, nausea, loose stools, headache and sweating. Rarer ones are a fast heartbeat, a rash and bleeding with blood thinners.
Is Vapofil dangerous?
Nothing published shows that it is, and nothing shows that it is safe for everyone. The small amounts lower the odds of a reaction. Medicine interactions are the main concern, so check with a doctor or pharmacist.
Is Vapofil safe to take every day?
Daily use is what the label directs, two capsules with water. Long-term safety of tongkat ali is not established, so review it with your doctor after a few months and never exceed two capsules a day.
Is Vapofil safe with blood pressure medicine?
Ask first. Horny goat weed and nettle may each push blood pressure lower, so a doctor or pharmacist should see the label before you combine them with your pills.
Can Vapofil cause an allergic reaction?
It can, rarely. Nettle has rare severe allergic reactions on record, and horny goat weed rare rashes. Swelling of the face or throat, or trouble breathing, needs emergency care.
Who should I tell if Vapofil made me sick?
Stop the capsules, get medical care, then file a report with the FDA through MedWatch. Also tell the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 and keep the bottle and your order ID.
Our view
Our view
We cannot list the side effects of Vapofil, only those of its parts. Most are mild and linked to larger doses. The medicine flags are the part to take seriously.
Small amounts are a mixed blessing. They lower the odds of harm, and they also lower the odds of any benefit. Neither is proven for this mix.
Our advice is plain. Take the label to a doctor or pharmacist, especially if you use any of the six medicine groups above. Remember too that the FDA has not approved Vapofil, and that nothing here is sold as treatment for a disease.
